Role and department

The total HR team consists of about 40 colleagues working at various locations within Teijin Aramid. These colleagues include HR managers, HR Business Partners, the Shared Service Center, and various HR specialists, including Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment. The recruitment team currently consists of 6 recruitment colleagues and 2 student workers.
As a Recruitment Team, we are an essential link in Teijin Aramid's growth strategy and a crucial player in the 'war for talent.'' Within our organization, recruitment is considered one of the key success factors, providing ample opportunities to strengthen and develop your position and role within the team. You are responsible for the successful recruitment of our two production locations in Emmen and Delfzijl and act as a driving force within both locations. Collaboration with HR Business Partners and on-site management is key to your success.
As a Corporate , you advise hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes and take a leading role in coordinating the recruitment process. You proactively and creatively utilize various channels to find suitable profiles, including screening resumes, actively approaching candidates, online searches, and building a talent pool. With your approach, you successfully navigate through all stages of the selection process and effectively contract candidates, while also ensuring an optimal candidate experience. You report directly to the Recruitment Manager, and your base is in Emmen and Delfzijl.

Your profile

For the position of Corporate , you have at least a completed bachelor's degree. Additionally, you have several years of work experience (experience in an international organization is a plus). Furthermore:

  • You have an affinity for attracting technical personnel at various levels.
  • Preferably, you have experience in the production sector and have a regional network.
  • You are a decisive builder with a proactive attitude and a drive to make a difference.
  • You have a keen eye for where talent resides and how to approach them.
  • You are both organizationally sensitive and well-informed about market developments. This enables you to expertly advise vacancy holders on various possibilities and strategies.

  • This position is classified in our own CAO scale 10 (€ 4300 to € 6500 gross per month); your salary will be based on your experience and education.
  • 20 days of annual leave plus an additional 26 leave days as a Personal Choice Budget; in total, 46 leave days based on full-time employment.
