Introductie vacature 

Allround operator

Voor onze complexe, maar prachtige fabrieken in Delfzijl hebben wij meerdere vacatures voor:

Allround Procesoperators
Flexibel, communicatief en proactief

Bij Teijin Aramid werken wereldwijd ongeveer 1.800 mensen, 1.500 daarvan werken in Nederland verdeeld over de locaties Arnhem, Delfzijl en Emmen. In Delfzijl werken ca. 250 medewerkers dagelijks samen aan de productie van de grondstof voor ons succesvolle product Twaron®. De monomeren PPD en TDC worden hier geproduceerd. Deze monomeren worden vervolgens in een gesloten proces samengevoegd, zodat er een uniek aramidepolymeer (Polyparafenyleenteraftal-amide) ontstaat. In een aparte fabriek winnen we oplosmiddelen terug voor hergebruik. Na het drogen wordt het polymeer verpakt en vervoerd naar de productielocatie van Teijin Aramid in Emmen, waar het versponnen wordt tot Twaron®.

Werken als Allround Procesoperator bij Teijin Aramid betekent:

• Een salaris tot maximaal €4482,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (excl. Vakantiegeld 8.33%). Inschaling vindt plaats op basis van kennis en ervaring.
• daarnaast een ploegentoeslag van 32,6%
• werken in de meest complexe chemische fabriek van Nederland en dus extra veel uitdaging!
• Een groen- en ontwikkelbudget van ieder € 1500,- bruto.
• Fulltime baan in vijfploegendienst.

Als procesoperator controleer en beheers je het productieproces in een van onze chemische fabrieken, zodanig dat de output op efficiënte wijze binnen de gestelde normen ten aanzien van kwaliteit, kwantiteit, milieu en veiligheid plaatsvindt. Je verhelpt zelfstandig storingen en voert procescontroles uit. Je werkt in een 5 ploegendienst, je standplaats is Delfzijl

Jouw functie:

• Het zelfstandig verhelpen van processtoringen;
• Uitvoeren van storingsanalyses en analyseren van procescontroles;
• Verrichten van logistieke werkzaamheden ten aanzien van grondstoffen, hulpstoffen en gereed product;
• Verzorgen van schriftelijke rapportages met betrekking tot dienstoverdracht, storingen en projecten;
• Deelname aan projectwerkgroepen op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu, kwaliteit en efficiency.

De afdeling:
De ploegen bestaan uit 6 mede operators met wie je de dagelijkse besturing van de plants realiseert. Daarnaast ondersteun je de afdelingen projecten, technologie, maintenance en QHSE bij de diverse werkzaamheden in de fabriek. Uiteraard krijg je hiervoor een gedegen opleiding door onze praktijkinstucteurs en collega's.

Jouw profiel
Voor deze functie heb je een afgeronde opleiding Operator C, MTS procestechniek of AOT (niveau 4) en affiniteit met de chemische industrie

Daarnaast :

• Heb je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (klantgericht);
• Ben je flexibel en gericht op zowel proces technische als organisatorische verbetering;
• Kan je constructief samenwerken met verschillende disciplines;

Flexible, communicative, and proactive

At Teijin Aramid, approximately 1,800 people work worldwide, with 1,500 of them in the Netherlands, divided across the Arnhem, Delfzijl, and Emmen locations. In Delfzijl, about 250 employees work together daily on the production of the raw material for our successful product Twaron®. The monomers PPD and TDC are produced here. These monomers are then combined in a closed process, resulting in a unique aramid polymer (Poly-paraphenylene terephthalamide). In a separate factory, we recover solvents for reuse. After drying, the polymer is packaged and transported to Teijin Aramid's production location in Emmen, where it is spun into Twaron®.

Working as an Allround Process Operator at Teijin Aramid means:

• A salary of up to €4482 gross per month based on a full-time position (excluding holiday allowance of 8.33%).
• The salary is determined based on knowledge and experience.
• In addition, a shift allowance of 32.6%.
• Working in the most complex chemical factory in the Netherlands, thus providing extra challenges!
• A green and development budget of €1500 each.
• Full-time position in a five-shift schedule.

Your role:

Independently troubleshooting process faults. Performing fault analyses and analyzing process controls. Performing logistical tasks related to raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products. Providing written reports regarding shift handover, faults, and projects. Participating in project workgroups on safety, environment, quality, and efficiency.

The department:

The shifts consist of 6 operators each, with whom you realize the daily operation of the plants. Additionally, you support the departments of projects, technology, maintenance, and QHSE in various activities in the factory. Naturally, you will receive thorough training from our practice instructors and colleagues.

Your profile:

For this position, you have completed a degree in Operator C, MTS Process Technology, or AOT (level 4), with an affinity for the chemical industry.
