What You'll Do:
As a Mechanical Integrity & Reliability Leader for Europe, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, supporting the Mechanical Integrity & Reliability objectives of the Corporation working with plants to ensure a robust Asset Management strategy is in place, helping implement the Corporate Mechanical Integrity & Reliability standards in our plants, and ensuring compliance at the plant level. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the compliance and mechanical standards of our key plants in Europe as well as the processes involved.

What We're Looking For:
• Conduct Mechanical Integrity Assessments to determine gaps and recommend countermeasures. Partner to Process Safety Management activities in addition to support safety critical PMs (Preventive Management), and PSM (Process Safety Management) - MI audits. (Mechanical Integrity).
• Regional point of contact Physical Asset Management (PAM) strategies; developing elements into Corporate Mechanical Integrity standards.
• Assist with implementation of a Mechanical Integrity software platform in the applicable region ensuring sustainability and reliability of program, leading to a risk-based maintenance strategy.
• Drive compliance at the plant level, periodically auditing the PAM standards and reporting to site leadership team of any significant findings.
• Track and report progress on reliability initiatives that demonstrate significant improvement.
• Work with Global Engineering team to help identify Most Effective Technologies (MET) and update Engineering standards to reflect MET, while communicating with the sites on any significant changes.
• Lead the monthly regional Maintenance Integrity & Reliability network call. Track actions, monitor, and hold stakeholders accountable for completing them within required time frame.
• Drive compliance on uniformity of metrics, tools, maintenance processes/ standardized work, procedures, and engineering improvements.
• Guidance on PM Review and PM Optimization Rapid Improvement Events to ensure sites have the correct PM strategies for their respective assets.
• Travel up to 25% in the applicable region and at least 1 time per year outside of applicable region.
Skills That Make a Difference:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 8+ years in Maintenance Management & Reliability role within a Chemical environment
• Proven track record in Plant Leadership and Reliability Improvements
• Experience with CMRP, Process Safety, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and TPM is plus
• Seveso knowledge is an added value
• Working in a PSM covered facility is appreciated
