The Project Manager Assistant will be responsible for project realization from start to finish.

Job description

As a Project Manager Assistant you will work closely with Project Manager and be responsible for project realization within the delivery time, budget and the set requirements for the production of customer-specific valves, actuators and components. You will be responsible to monitor projects from "order to cash", i.e. from the receipt of an order up to final invoicing. When monitoring the project progress and the budget, you are alert to deviations and you act proactively. You will work closely with suppliers, customers, audit and employees in your own organization (Document controllers, Purchasing, Quality service, Production, Engineering and Sales). You support the project team from the kick-off up to the delivery, including the supervision of production, assembly and delivery with the accompanying documents.

The position is located in Appingedam, The Netherlands.

Requirements

• Associate's/Bachelor degree on technical level with some relevant experience;
• You are able to work on different projects at the same time and you are used to working under time pressure;
• You have good knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Excel and Word);
• Good communication skills in English in speaking and writing.
