
Reliability Engineer Are you looking for a challenging job where you are responsible for creating the perfect balance between people, systems, and technology? Together with 13 enthusiastic colleagues, you will be part of our maintenance engineering team. As a Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for monitoring and analyzing the condition of equipment based on data and knowledge you acquire on the shop floor. With this input, you will formulate improvement proposals in collaboration with your team. You are a true initiator and ensure that these improvements are actually implemented through our Management of Change (MoC) procedure. Depending on the size and/or complexity, you may even act as project leader and be part of multidisciplinary project teams. You also ensure that our maintenance department functions optimally by, among other things, supporting the development of condition-based maintenance principles. You have a company-wide perspective and act as the linking pin with other departments. Who are we? We are Teijin Aramid, the world's number one aramid producer. What do you bring? If you want to become our new Reliability Engineer, you have completed a relevant HBO education and have an affinity for Reliability Engineering. Additionally, you have knowledge of and relevant experience in maintenance technology and management in a production environment (corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance). Your experience with data sources and data analysis (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, etc.) will be very useful. Moreover, you are someone who seeks improvement, possesses a high safety awareness, and has good communication skills. Naturally, you are a true team player. Your experience with maintenance management programs and experience with RCAs, FMECA's, and Asset and/or LifeCycle management is a plus. What do we offer?
